Keynes vs. Hayek

  I chose two songs for this week. They are a series and I love it so much!!!!!! The characteristic of them is that they are about economics. The point of the song is the debate between Keynes and Hayek. Rap is the main way they presented these songs.

  These funny creations were the brainchild of two professors, Russell Roberts and John Papola, of George Mason University. They combined the point of view of the two economy masters Keynes and Hayek. Their arguments are opposite so they designed the fighting part to represent the contradiction. I think they turn the marrow of their theories into rap is extremely genius. Moreover, to make learning a funny thing is so great. Enjoying the song then you can absorb some economy knowledge. If we can make our learning a pleasant thing I believe we can have a lot of gain.

  Today is our 系卡. The Spanish class of our department used this song to perform a drama and a dance. That was really cool and cute! Therefore make me have this song on my brain till now.   Then I want to talk about our 系卡! The topic this year is cartoon, so everyone who joins this activity should dress up like a cartoon role. People in customs are so cute! There are Alice, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, etc. The 雲岫聽 was just like a mini amusement park. I really had a lot fun. Hope everyone have a beautiful night.

  Yeah! Here’s the third song I want to share to everyone. Through the deep voice I think everyone can feels that this is an extremely touching song. It describes that a girl found out that her ex-boyfriend had get married. However, she still loves him. The part “Never mind, I'll find someone like you. I wish nothing but the best for you, too. Don't forget me, I beg.” is my favorite part! It’s so desolate, lonely and it seems like there is a huge desire deep in the girls mind. The emotion revealing from the singer’s voice is so sorrowful that I can help but fall into it. Even though I don’t have this kind of experience, some part of the lyrics reminded me of some friends. There are a lot of regrets and mistakes in my life, but it’s related to love so I can face them more easily. If someone has similar experience ,hope you can feel better after listening to this song.

I like to listen to this song when I feel depression. This is a song that can calm people down and help people think deep at the same time. It seems like the vocal’s voice has a magical power that can help me go through difficulties. Every time I listen to this song I feel the obstacle in my life become not so terrible. I also love the lyrics! It shows a good attitude. The leading role face death in a calm way and has no regret. I think it’s quite inspiring. Hope you guys like it as I do.

I think this song is very inspiring. There is no one who is one hundred percent perfect in the world. Everyone makes mistakes. Making mistakes really makes me frustrated and being not good enough always makes me upset. While things like this happened, I always listen to this song. It helps a lot! Especially the part “So I throw up my fists, throw a punch in the air, And accept the truth that sometimes life isn't fair! Yeah, I'll send down a wish and I'll send up a prayer. And then finally someone will see how much I care”. The high pitch and string sound let me be confident again! It’s like a lot of strength pour into my body through the singing.
